These terms govern your use of Stockfolio (the “Service”), a personal investment tracking application provided at stock-folio.com.

You register by providing an email and password and verifying the email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. The Service is not available to users under 14.

The Service displays asset summaries, returns, and charts based on the trade entries you record. Quotes and FX rates are sourced from third-party APIs (e.g. Yahoo Finance) and are not guaranteed for accuracy.

The Service does not provide investment advice or recommendations. All information is for reference only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes.

You shall not impersonate others, abuse the system, or violate the rights of other users or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your account and trade data are removed promptly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
